oAo is recruiting for a fortnightly Saturday GPL67s league
1 league - 2 divisions - 4 groups in each division
Season 21 (Year 14) starts in January 2018
Race length = 50% distance (1 hour). Start time 10:30 EST (15:30 GMT)
Unique handicap system allows aliens to race any chassis!
D1: Races are PRO and 50% distance. Individual and Team championships.
Drivers are -25 or better
D2: Races are INT (modified to 50% distance) with limited Shift-R
Drivers are -25 to +ve ranks
